1. What do you do for a better visualization of the portal PALIGMED?
For the portal to be properly displayed in Windows, you must use Web browsers such as Firefox or Google Chrome. In the event of a Mac (Apple) you can use Safari or Chrome browsers.
2. How do I access the portal over an iPhone or Android?
You can easily access the portal through your device browser, but we recommend Google Chrome for both Android or IOS.
3. How do I find a doctor, dentist or service provider?
In our PALIGMED portal you will find a modern search system that will allow you to access information from the medical provider of your choice. Access our Provider Directory and get the information you need on doctors, hospitals and other providers.
How do I search? You can search by name, surname, by first and last name, town or city, by specialty, by type of provider (laboratory, hospital, doctor, health care professional, other companies providing health). While more data more accurate selections, the answer will have.
What information you will find? The search result will show you the following information: name of the physician, specialty, physical address, telephone and location. You may also be able to get the locator on how to get to the location through Google Maps.
4. What languages is available the Provider Directory at PALIGMED?
PALIGMED portal is available in languages: Spanish and English.
5. There is another method to find a provider?
You may call Customer Service according to your country , you can get the proper information on https://www.paligmed.com/es/contact. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
6. The provider information is up to date?
In spite of all the efforts of PALIGMED to manage vendor data, If you are willing to help to keep the data of the suppliers included in this document or If you notice that some information from the list of suppliers need updating or can contain an error, contact Customer Service and provide this information.
