INGREDIENTES

  • 2 cups2 Skim milk, non-fat milk
  • 1 cup1 Passion fruit juice light
  • 1 cup1 Rice cooked cooled
  • Artificial sweetener powder
  • 1 teaspoon1 Spices, cinnamon, ground
  • 1 teaspoon1 vanilla extract
  • 60 grams60 Walnuts chopped

PREPARACIÓN

  1. Pour the milk into a pot, add the cinnamon and bring to a boil. Add the passion fruit juice light and let it get warm. Add the cooked rice, reduce the heat and let the liquid evaporate.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and sugar substitute. Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Add nuts and serve.
