  • Expand your vocabulary by adding words such as "I'm worth it" and avoid saying things like "I look...".
  • Don't see your body by areas, but rather as a whole.
  • Be wise when it comes to the media. The majority of images in magazines have been touched up by technology; even models have their flaws.
  • Don't believe in quick diets, "miracle" creams or plastic surgery as the solution to transforming and improving your life overall.
  • Describe yourself in a positive way and avoid using negative words that destroy your self-esteem.
  • Be patient! Making or breaking habits takes time, but it can be done.
  • Understand that beauty is not eternal. Nourish and foster long-lasting elements, such as your mind, love, friendship and life's good moments.

If you're set on improving your image, remember that it's important to set realistic goals and congratulate yourself as you achieve them.
